The Camp Plasic Minnow Traps The Camp Mfg. Company of Bartlesville, Oklahoma sold several plastic minnow traps in the 1980's and these can still be found today in some sporting goods and hardware stores. The Camp VII and Camp IX traps were patented designs, with some having labels stuck to the trap and others with just paper inserts inside.
