The Montana Bait Company traps were introduced in about 2001 or so.
They are made in India and imported for sale for mostly decorative
purposes, although the larger gallon size traps would probably work well.
There were 3 types available at the time this was written. A large, clear
glass gallon+ size about the same size as the Orvis and Stream & Lake
traps, a small clear glass (about half gallon size), and a small size greenish
tinted one with the image of a fish on one side. These traps are very
good quality. We're not sure who is importing them, but have seen many in flea markets
and
on eBay.
